Im sorry that I missed almost 3 weeks of absences in the office, due to my


over fatigue that causes 2 weeks of absence which I spend 2 weeks on my province
that ensues to a week inadequate money to return to metro manila. Thus, I would
like to have an opportunity to return to office for possible to perform my duties and
responsibilities that which I left, may grant me a consideration to work again in your
