Volunteered 2 hours/week for 8 weeks as a Nutrition Counselor providing free nutrition counseling for
students, staff and faculty of CSUSB campus. Provided basic nutrition assessment, collected and
analyzed 24-hour diet recall and made recommendations based on the analysis of 3-day diet/activity
log.

Volunteered 1 day/week helping with office duties such as filing, checking in patients, showing
educational videos to prospective patients, assisting with the organization and planning of group presurgery classes, advancing diets for post-surgical patients.
