Shri R.S.T.Sai, takesover as the Chairman & Managing Director of Tehri Hydro Dev
elopment Corporation Ltd.(THDC) on 08.03.2007. Prior to this, he was holding the
charge of Director(Finance) in THDC since May, 2005. An Electrical Engineering
Graduate, Shri Sai is a fellow of Institution of Engineers. He has done Manageme
nt Diploma from IIM, Bangalore and also holds Degree in Law from Delhi Universi
ty.

He has 29 years varied experience in Banking, Finance, Commercial, EPC C


ontracting and Contract Management. He has developed transparent tender document
ation for evaluation of Suppliersâ Credit and also introduced innovation of Bonus
for early completion of Project in Delhi Metro. Before joining THDC as Direct
or(Finance), Shri Sai has worked in SBI, NTPC, POWERGRID and Delhi Metro respec
tively in various capacities.
