With reference to your application for admission to the PGDM Programme (Batch 19: 2013
2015) of XIME and your performance in the XAT/CAT/CMAT Test, this is to inform you to appear
for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal interview (PI) at

Please be at the venue 40 minutes before the start of GD/PI. This will facilitate document
checking.
Please note that candidates for XIMEs Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) are
required to have a Bachelors degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of
50% marks for all subjects taken together (45% for SC/ST candidates). Candidates who are
appearing for their final year examination and are awaiting their results may also apply. However,
they should have maintained an average of 50% in the degree programme studies until now. They
should complete all their degree examinations on or before June 15, 2013. All students joining
Batch 19 are also required to provide proof of passing the degree examination with the minimum
required marks, latest by September 30, 2013. We are only calling candidates who have written
XAT, CAT/CMAT and have scored at least 60 percentile in any of the tests. Only candidates
satisfying these minimal conditions need attend GD/PI.
Please fill the attached checklist and present it with relevant copies of documents. Please keep the
original certificates with you for verification at the interview centre.
Please produce this letter when you report at the interview centre.
