Seaton v. Angelone, Director, Virginia Department of Corrections, 537 U.S. 902 (2002)

The Supreme Court denied certiorari in the case of Seaton v. Angelone, Director, Virginia Department of Corrections. The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals had previously ruled against Seaton in a habeas corpus petition challenging his conviction and death sentence.
