I hereby commit to you the person of JUAN DELA CRUZ y ALONZO who is
charged for Murder in criminal case no. 5968 before this court. The aforementioned
accused is hereby ordered kept under your custody as detention prisoner during the
pendency of this case.

The arraignment of the accused is hereby set on February 11, 2016 at 6:30 oclock
in the evening at the sala of Branch 4 3/F Vath Building Hall of Justice, Baguio city.
