Tantra Jyotish Course Camp

Morning Glory (8:30 am)


A nice detox and nourishing drink of Amla Juice and Honey

Fruit Bowl (9:30 am)


Seasonal Fruit Pieces

Sprout Mix (Salty) (12 pm)


Chana, Green Mung, Black Til, Tomato, Onion(Optional)
with lemon juice, black pepper and rock salt. Garnished
with Coriander leaves.

Green Salad with Chutney (3 pm)


Green Salad soaked in flax seeds crushed, blended with
garlic and little Ghee. Seasoned with cumin, coriander
powder, rock salt, lemon juice. Added tomato pieces and
sesame seeds on top.

Sprout Mix (Sweet) (5 pm)


Chana, Green Mung, Black Til with Jaggery

Green Soup (Trial)


Available fresh greens with cucumber blended with Lassi
with rock salt, pepper and lemon. Ghee and sunflower
seeds on top.

Fresh Fruit Juices (Every 2 hours)

Home Cooked Indian Dinner (8 pm)
