RULES FOR DEBATE
2 candidates must be participating in a team. One candidate will be speaking for FOR and the other for AGAINST. A team can choose Marathi, Hindi or English language as per their convenience for the conversation. Time allocation will be 4 min. for each candidate in a team. Time extension will only be for 15 sec. Exceed in time may disqualify the team. A team must debate only on the topics which are provided.
