Capacitors

C1: 2.2F 25V electrolytic - 1 pc.

C2:470F 35V electrolytic - 1 pc.

C3:0.1F polyester or ceramic - 1 pc.

C4:1000F/35 V electrolytic - 1 pc.

C5: 100nF polyester or ceramic - 1 pc.

C6: 100F 35v electrolytic - 1 pc.

Cx 39nF - 1 pc.

IC1: TDA2003

Discussion:
An electronic amplifier, amplifier, or (informally) amp is an electronic device that
increases the power of a signal. It does this by taking energy from a power supply and
controlling the output to match the input signal shape but with large amplitude. In this sense, an
amplifier modulates the output of the power supply to make the output signal stronger than the
input signal.
TDA2003 is a 10W car radio audio amplifier. The device provides a high output
current capability (up to 3.5A) very low harmonic and cross-over distortion. Completely safe
operation is guaranteed due to protection against DC and AC short circuit between all pins and
ground, thermal over-range, load dump voltage surge up to 40V

Schematic/ PCB lay-out:

Observation:
The project amplifies the audio output of a music player or any music player. The
IC, TDA2003, the device provides a high output current capability (up to 3.5A) very low
harmonic and cross-over distortion. Completely safe operation is guaranteed due to protection
against DC and AC short circuit between all pins and ground, thermal over-range, load dump
voltage surge up to 40V. 470F electrolytic capacitor is present to reduce the distortion in the
output as it is acting like a bypass capacitor (but u can see that there is 1ohm resistor except the
ground so it is not actually the bypass cap. 39nF Mylar capacitor is present to reduce the higher
frequency at the output terminal and also provide a feedback path to the amplifier.

Conclusion:
The project aims to make a simple audio amplifier that can be made easily with
the help of the IC that helps the audio to be amplified. The capacitors act as the filter that cleans
the output audio of the amplifier. The project can be connected directly with a tone control that
can help to adjust the bass and treble of the music output.
