The format for you BOQ spreadsheet migh vary as per your contract or as per agreed/approved with the owner
you must adapt this to your particular arrangement.

If you want to apply a filter as to display a specific CPM schedule activity go to the top cell on the CPM SCHEDULE
column, right click arrow head, clear all by selecting "all" and make your selection, subtotals row will add only values for displ
while totals row ill include displayed and hidden.

On line 16 you can add a new CPM SCHEDULE activity item, then go to the pivot table and run a refresh
the new item will authomatically be added.
No matter how many items you include all will be included in the table.

TABLE THEN A NEW MENU ITEM "Pivot Table Tools" WILL BE AVAILABLE
SELECT THE NEW MENU ITEM AS TO DISPLAY THE TOOLBAR AND APPLY A REFRESH BY
CLICKING THE REFRESH ICON
