Cost for the service is Rs500 for 2 months

They would be mailing or coming to the customer’s house to check if the console is working properly. They are very
passionate about the quality needs. The costs associated with maintaining a service at that level and making sure all of
those features are consistent, they are hitting that quality bar, adding the customer service infrastructure necessary,
accommodating all of the same social features and functionality too adds on to the cost. But they have been consistent in
providing this service and the customers are also happy to pay Rs 500 for the service.

Benefits: Pick and delivery at home

The customers don’t have to go to the service centre for the repair of the console as it is being serviced at home at an
affordable price. Major problems regarding to this console need to be taken care of by the service people so they pick and
deliver the console to the customer home.
