12th November 2010 Friday
Today was the first day after the official school break, also after my Final Semester Examination.
All my things were still messed up in my room shared with my younger brother. I am really glad to see
my beloved family . It had been two months since I last went back home. Still thinking about a plenty of
homework given to me since this was the school break after all. But, who cares. Holiday actually should
be for free days without homework ( according to an agreement from majority of my classmates ). Well,
enjoy my precious holiday first, homework maybe later on!
17th November 2010 Wednesday
Muslims all around the world celebrated Eid al-Adha on this day . Eid al-Adha is an important
religious day celebrated by Muslims worldwide each year to commemorate the willingness of Abraham
(Ibrahim) to sacrifice his beloved son Ishmael (Isma'il) as an act of obedience to God, before God
intervened to provide him with a ram to sacrifice instead. The meat is then divided into three parts to be
distributed to others. The family retains one third of the share, another third is given to relatives, friends
and neighbors, and the other third is given to the poor & needy. Well, I really enjoyed eating the
scrumptious bone soup on that day. Its delicacy was finger licking good. I ate and ate till I could not
move anymore. Finished off my day with great satisfaction and a full stomach.
25th November 2010 Thursday
Something unfortunate had happened on this day. My beloved uncle, Pak Jali had died of an
heart attack after Isha’. He was actually also my father’s driver and his personal assistant. My father was
indeed sad on that night, he cried for him. But, I thought that he was blessed because of dying on
Friday’s night. My family and I hoped that may Allah bless him.
1st December 2010 Wednesday
It was the 1st day of December. Still 30 more days left to spend my holiday and do all my
homework! Well, I guessed that doing homework starting this day is good for me while practising last
minute manner was not a good one after all.
12th December 2010 Sunday
My family and I planned something for us to have our own five day family vacation as of today .
We actually suggested to go to one of the hottest tourist spot in Malaysia. It was definitely the infamous
Gambang Water Park. We would spend three days there to have fun. The next two days should be the
day for us to please ourselves with shop-a-holic activities at Bukit Bintang! We created an occasion
called WDS ( Whole Day Shopping ). We would also go to KLCC to watch a bunch of movies at the
cinema there. It is surely going to be a great and one of the best holiday for my family and I.
