Procedures
1. Buyer confirm soft offer and issues an ICPO, BCL with the right to soft probe.
2. Seller issue FCO
3. Buyer sign and returns FCO with a letter of acceptance.
4. Seller issue draft contract open for amendments
5. Buyer signs a contract with an independent transport company in transporting the goods from the
refinery to the loading port, info at www.novatektransport.net
6. Seller issues Hard Copies Original Contract to the buyer or buyer’s mandate.
7. Seller sends POP to buyer via bank to bank
8. Buyer and seller communicate the final working letter of credit DLC or L/C.
9. Seller issues allocation number and 2% performance Bond to Buyer/Assignee names by means of
prime 15 firsts world ranking Banks Guarantee Model ICC 458 acceptable in written by buyer and if
the Seller fail to supply the cargo of the product this 2% will be paid to the buyer.
10. The SGS inspection Charges will be borne by the seller at loading seaport and buyer for the unloading
seaport.
11. Buyer release payment to the seller. Shipment delivery per shipping schedule program via SWIFT fund
transfer within 7 banking days after discharge of cargo and receipt of all the relevant shipping
documents for immediate negotiation and credited at buyer’s Bank account.
12. The contract starts.
