• Update on the 2011 Meeting Schedule – Pam Dunn 
o April  ‐ Meeting falls during Passover  ‐ meeting rescheduled for Tuesday, April 26th  
o March  ‐ Code Studio will attend and discuss Module 1  ‐ 59‐3 Zoning District 
Regulations, and 59‐4 Uses and Use Standards for the Agricultural and Residential Zones  
o Module 2 expected late spring or early summer  
o Consolidated draft expected by end of the year 
 
• Further review and discussion of 59‐3 Uses and Use Standards for the Agricultural and 
Residential Zones and 59‐7 Definitions 
o Marty ‐  Review of Group Living Category 
• Life Care/Continuing Care Facilities, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living 
• Discuss creation of a new use category such a Services 
o Ken‐   Review existing code regarding conditions for granting a Special Exception 
o Jody ‐   Follow up on uses missing in the discussion draft, updated table  
o Staff ‐   Presentation of Standards, if time permits
