Job Description: Raviraj Bhedase (PCS Manager)

Roles & Responsibilities:


 Responsible for the planning & programming and document control systems of the project.
 Manager the planning and document controls team and would oversee the project controls
systems including but not limited to set-up the Primavera Professional Project Management
using P6 Enterprise.
 Responsible for the management of:
o Planning
o Programming and Scheduling
o Project Controls & Procedures Manual
 Coordination and control of productivity targets dictated by the project programme.
 Ensure procurement, material and submittal logs are created and maintained.
 Monitor design, procurement and construction progress for compliance with the contract
requirements.
 Develop mitigation strategies
 Prepare weekly / monthly project progress reports to be issued to the site team.
 Assist with the preparation of logistics plan / operation strategies.
 Ensure document and information transfer is managed effectively at site level.
 Review manpower and resource requirements relative to meet the current job progress
schedule.
 Make recommendation on possible acceleration.
 Challenge any claims and EOT.
 Liaise with the project team members to compile the project master programme / plan and
update as required.
 Assist in identifying critical milestones including critical interfaces with utility providers and
other third parties
 Develop other specialist programmes for design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
 Develop the WBS for construction packaging.
 Review cost plan / cashflow for Client approval.
 Assist the management team, design team and site delivery team in the resolution of scheduling
problems.
Job Description: Alan Johnston / Shady Sammy (Construction Manager)
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Manage and directs all Construction Management related functions and activities associated
with the designated section of the project works.
 Liaison interface and coordination with other departments involved in the construction of
the project to ensure timely performance.
 Close liaison and coordination of package contractors to ensure effective performance of
works against programme.
 Advising and assisting the Executive Manager with the procurement and build-ability of
packages, and managing the subsequent performance of the contractors.
 Management of construction team and allocation of CM tasks.
 Review and tracking of method statements.
 Liaison with the Infrastructure planning team on matters related to effective future
planning, and monitoring of site progress against target programs.
 Manage contractor’s performance on Safety and Environmental Issue.
 Monitoring and corrective action in connection with all safety and Quality management
policies established for the project.
 Managing the development and implementation of innovative construction techniques
which have a positive impact on the cost and time of project execution.
 Identify and resolve disputes quickly and reasonably.
 Receive and review detailed reports on the project from the site delivery team.
 Chair site meetings and ensure minutes are auctioned in timely manner.
 Implement an appropriate and effective project or program management framework,
incorporating necessary review processes as required.
 Define and implement criteria for control and management of project.
 Coordinate and direct end-user input throughout the project life cycle.
 Appraise options and submit to the Client for Approval.
 Secure resources and expertise from the Client as required
 Co-ordinate the value management strategy
 Manage project budget, including risk allowance.
 Monitor and control changes / variations following approval by management.

 Review, catalogue and distribute all consultant drawings, shop drawings and other submittals as
required by the Project Manager.
 Receive all consultants’ drawings, log in EdgeBuilder, review and distribute as required by P.M.
 Receive and log all shop drawings. Review with PM and distribute.
 Provide preliminary review of shop drawings for conformance.
 Prepare change notice summaries for construction manager review.
 Ensure timely review of submittals by consultant and review.
 Scan and database the approved shop drawings. Keep current hard copies and file supersede
version.
 Take progress photographs and damage/condition photographs
 Follow-up on deficiency lists and assist with scheduling and coordinating subtrades.
 Assist with ordering construction material and equipment.
