This paper will not be made possible without the undying support of the people behind this research. We would like to thank first the residence of Barangay Yati, Liloan in cooperating with us in our research and to their Barangay Captain, Mr. Leo Salundaguit and to his Barangay Secretary, Mr. Ernesto Pepito, who supplied us with the historical background, demographic and geographical information of the place. We also like to include Mr. Henry Yap, Mrs. Mancita Tanggapan and former Barangay Captain Leopoldo Marikit for helping us organizing the respondents in the barangay. Without their support, this research will not be possible and will have a difficult time in getting sufficient data for our study. We are also in depth gratitude of all the faculty members in the College of Arts and Sciences, especially to Dr.Glenn Pajares, Mrs. Romielyn Romano and to Mr. Richard Fernandez, our adviser in Research 2, who guide us from our research and continually giving us tips and advices in formulating this paper.
