About us: Centre for Financial Modelling and Corporate Valuation (CFMCV) came into

existence with the objective of bridging the gap between academic learning and their application in real world. We provide practical training in the field of finance with real life case studies through weekend workshops. Also, we offer course materials and web & phone based assistance for remote candidates. Currently, we offer three courses namely, Financial Modelling & Corporate Valuation, Finance for Non-finance Executives and Advance Excel Medelling. Proposal for: To conduct a Two Day Workshop on Financial Modelling and Corporate

Valuation at your institute to help your students acquire desired knowledge and skill sets to enter into lucrative career fields in finance such as Investment Banking, Private Equity, Equity Research, Credit Analysis, M&A, etc.
Objective of the workshop: This aims to help Participants prepare their own financial

models and do valuation of companies with the use of Excel Sheet.

Advance Excel modeling Financial statement analysis Financial statement forecasting Different valuation techniques to value a company DCF Valuation (WACC, Free cash flows, Sensitivity analysis, Intrinsic value determination) Equity research report writing
Trainer: The workshop will be taken by industry analyst having at least four to five years of

experience in the field of research and using complex financial modeling in their daily work life.
Workshop Fee: Rs 125,000/- (Rupees one lakh twenty five thousand only)
