Becoming an change Champion: Today workforce is more demanding .

Employee has to do many tasks with less time and they must be more dedicative to their Work. To do this employee need more devoted to the organization & also more committed. In this regard manager has to ensure employees moral. If organization goals are unclear, faulty motivation system are the causes of the employees immoral. To eliminate this barriers employee must be trained up properly. The new role for HR might also involved suggesting that more teams be used on some projects or employees be given more control over their work.

Becoming a change agent: Todays HRM is more dynamic because of globalization, technological innovation & information system. It will make sure that change initiative are focused on creating high performance , team reducing cycle time, with new technology must be developed in a timely way. The HRM managers can implement new vision of the organization and to implement it in real , what should employee do and what should not must be figured out . Employees are always get scared by change of the organizational activities. So to make any change in organization managers should clarify it and should make employees trained up so that they can adjust with the change . Perhaps the hardest and most important challenge facing most of the companies is their cultural change. HRM must follow a four step process to make cultural change. Step1: It must be defined and and clarify the concept of cultural change . Step2: It must be articulate why it is centre of the business. Step3: It must be defined the process the assessing current and new culture. Step4: It must be identified the alternative approaches to creating cultural change .
