O Cement Ltd is setting up a new cement plant and needs to forecast manpower needs and identify recruitment sources. They currently employ 310 people across 5 skill levels at their existing plant. The new plant will require 239 employees.
For management roles, 2 people will be transferred from the existing plant and 1 will be recruited through campus recruitment. 1 experienced person will be hired through an advertisement. For technical roles, most openings will be filled through internal transfers and campus recruitment, but 1 experienced hire is needed. For executive roles, some experienced staff will transfer internally while others will be campus hires. Supervisory roles will come from internal transfers and local hires. Workmen will be recruited locally through supervisors.
