Last September 22, 2011, an exhibit has been launched in the PUP College of Technology.

This exhibits objective is to improve the way of living through the use of science and technology. And to help people cope up with energy crisis. In the exhibit, they displayed different prototypes. Some prototypes have lower power consumption or income-friendly and others are for protection. One of these income-friendly prototypes is the Portable Power Inverter(PPI). It gives you the leisure to carry the device around the block and use it anywhere, especially on sunny days. It usessolar energy, a renewable energy that helps to lessen your electricity consumption and gives you more money to save. Another one is the Solidi, an automically-operated soap dispenser. It is portable, easy-to-use, hassle-free sanitation, sensor-activated and lower power consumption. Outlet timer is also one of the income-friendly prototypes. A device connected in the appliances. It is used whenever a person forgets to plug out the appliances. Its function is to disconnect the electricity that flows in the appliance whenever the timer rings. Remote control lights are used to control the lights in the home. They discuss also the metal touch alarm. It is used to protect oneself, a ones family whenever theyre not around. They demonstrate how the alarm works. The alarm was put under the doormat and is connected with the doorknob whenever the doorknob is touched and the doormat has been stepped, the alarm will ring. Anti-theft bag was introduced also. It is made to avoid being snatched. It has alarm on the bag and the owner itself. Whenever the zipper has been opened, the alarm rings because a wire in the zipper is connected with the prototype inside the bag. Whenever the bag has been cut, the alarm also rings because there are thin wires put in the bag.
