Contract Labour Certificate Form

This document is a certificate from a principal employer stating that they have engaged an applicant as a contractor in their establishment. The principal employer undertakes to abide by the provisions of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act of 1970 and the central Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules of 1971 as applicable regarding the employment of contract labor by the applicant in the principal employer's establishment. The principal employer signs the certificate with their name, the name and address of the establishment, the place, and date.
