We 1)SOWMYA.N d/o C.NANJUNDARADHYA and 2) C.NANJUNDARADHYA s/o late N.C.ARADHYA both residing at no 1047/43,2nd main,5th cross, Vidyaranyapuram, Mysore, 570008 do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:We declare that we have approached STATE BANK OF MYSORE, Vidyaranyapuram, Mysore , for educational loan for the purpose of pursuing studies for first of us in Masters in Computer Application(MCA) at The National Institute Of Engineering(NIE), Mysore and the particulars furnished above are true and correct. We declare that we have not approached any other bank/financial institution for educational loan earlier. Further, we swear that our banking business will be confined to the STATE BANK OF MYSORE, Vidyaranyapuram, Mysore, only and that we shall not borrow from any other bank /source during the pending of the advance with the said bank, without the consent of the bank in writing. We hereby opt for floating rate of interest as decided by the bank from time to time. And we undertake to inform the bank if any change in our address for communication/contact. We declare the above facts are true and correct.
