Introduction; Overview of the actual task BIG PICTURE Which program are you doing your questionnaire on?

n? Why are you doing your questionnaire on excel? What does that do? Testing Information Requirements- Purpose of the task, and what do you want to find out via the purpose of the task? Three or four Information requirements Spreadsheet Task Give an overview saying you have made three worksheets, why have you got them? What do they do? and then go into specific detail of each worksheet. (Input, Process, Output and Graphs/Results) Talk about each worksheet specifically and its purpose. What each worksheet consists of and what the features it consists of actually do. E.G submit button Testing User Testing; to find out any visual errors such as SPAG and the graphological features. Functions and Formulas Specify which formulae you have used and which worksheet you have used them in. What is the purpose of the formulae or functions you have used? The subheadings can be the formulae E.G IF formula Print out worksheets in value and formula view. Macro Buttons State what a macro is and its purpose Explain the macros which you have used, why you have used them and how you created them. E.G I went on tools Include screenshots whilst explaining how you created them.
