d. Pour the first mixture into pan, and cook it with sugar, and the other mixture with honey. Cook over with medium heat. e. Add citric acid, in order to make the mixture sour. f. Add vanillie and tartrazine and the last add sodium benzoate, so the jam not stale fast. g. After the mixture become tender and look like jam. h. Drain the jam, and let the jam until cool. i. Put the jam into the jam jar, and close the lid tightly. Put the jam in the refrigerator. j. Taste the jam, which more delicious, the jam with honey, or the jam which using sugar. V. Analyze The jam is more delicious which contain sugar and the jam which contain sugar more viscous than the jam with using honey. The taste of the jam is almost same. And the taste is like pineapple jam.

Conclusion The rubbish like banana skin can be utilized. The banana skin can be utilized for making jam. The jam that using honey is more dilute than the jam with using sugar. And the taste of both jam are almost same.
