Design and delivery of iPad App based questionnaires to gather baseline metrics for CARAWellness Project. Transcription and organisation of data collected. Contributed to the analysis of the data collected. IT Officer/ Admin Phoenix Merchants, Building Suppliers 2005 2008 Keeping accurate records and generating management reports Calculating financial and other commercial figure work Working with income tax systems and databases

Student Feedback Development Assistant University of Ulster, Quality Management and Audit Unit 2003 - 2005 Developed and implemented quality assurance and enhancement measures for teaching and learning. Developed methods for obtaining feedback from current students Office duties including Statistical analysis of data gathered from questionnaires, Report generation for faculty heads of school, technical support for office environment.

Achievements and Interests


In June 2012 I completed my thesis in partnership with Casala, a technology research and design company. My dissertation was a research based and on the subject of Designing Online Training techniques to allow older adults to use touch screen devices i.e. Apple iPads. I am an avid archer and have competed for DKIT on a number of occasions, winning the third place intervarsity for recurve in 2010.
