How to apply General Instructions:A Candidate whether he belongs to General Category or Reserved categories for particular category of post. The ESM Candidates are also not exemption in payment of fee. Note:- The fee sent in the form of Money Order or Cash will not be accepted. Fees will be charged as consulting charges by HAPD from Candidates. Fee once sent with the application from is neither transferable nor refundable / adjustable. Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 16 years and 40 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 16-05-2013. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
