Chapter 2 New Girl Nova pulled himself up on Ricks car front.

. They all had just arrived to school and Nova was pissed. Its Monday morning and Nova was tired from sleeping late last night. His eyes were red and drowsy and he was tired as hell. All he wanted to do was find a pillow and lay down anywhere, where he could shut his eyes. All night he had one thing on his mind, the blond sleeping beauty. All night he had thought about her. Her big, beautiful green eyes keep flashing in his mind. Her plump lips, rosy cheeks and her shiny long blond hair, all these kept repeating in his head. And how her small body was held against him. Who was she? Was she new in town? Why did she wanna die? All these thoughts roamed his mind. All night he tossed and turned thinking about her till finally sleep came to him. It really annoyed him how one girl could make him like this. He never felt like this for anyone. For any girl. And it really frustrated him. He didnt want to think about her. She was just another girl, yet he couldnt stop thinking about her. Since the past two days that girl roamed his mind. Why did she wanna die though? She looked really beautiful and from her expensive clothing, she looked rich too but what made her life so miserable? She wanted to jump in the sea, the angry roaring sea and thats suicidal. She looked like she was coming from someones funeral since she was wearing all black and so were her brother and the other girl. Maybe someone close to her died. Maybe thats why shes sad. She was drunk too or maybe stoned. Those sad, red rimmed eyes flashed in Novas mind again. Damn it! Why the fuck is she not leaving my mind? Hello? Nova snapped out of his thoughts as Leo answered his phone call. Um yeah this is me He said frowning. Nova could hear a girls voice from the other side. He knew it must be one of those nerds who have crushes on them and wont stop annoying. Any other time, it would have been funny hearing all this but right now Nova was pissed. Pissed because of one girl who has somehow entranced his mind. All the guys and girls in the group stared at Leo as he talked. They all eventually stopped but then one of them snickered and they all burst out laughing again. Nova didnt want to offend Lee by laughing at him like this but he couldnt help it. The fact that his friend was lying to a girl who is a fighter is the funniest thing ever. He just knows what will become of him when she finds out. Oh god Martin said breathlessly holding his stomach. All of them sobered up and looked at Lee. Nova grinned What have you gotten yourself into? He walked in the class and slumped down in his seat. Mr. Greys eyes watched him like a hawk and every other student who walked in. After everyone settled down, Mr. Grey started his stupid lesson. Just as he was about to speak, somebody knocked on the door. Mr. Grey let out an irritated sigh which made Nova snicker and a few others. Mr. Grey shot them a glare before asking the person to come in. The door opened and in walked Mrs. Evans, the principle of the school. Now what would she want? Good morning students She said looking at us then back at Mr. Grey. Im sorry to interrupt, Mr. Grey. We have a new student today. She said. Nova grinned and hoped it would be a girl. A hot girl. This is Abigail Moreau, our new student. She said and pulled Abigail forward. She looked drunk or stoned since she was trying to balance herself and Mrs. Evans was also holding her. She had a lazy grin on her face and Mrs. Evans had a grim expression on her face but she didnt comment. What is this? Mr. Grey snapped Is she drunk? He asked Mrs. Evans while the students just watched open mouthed. Nova had already seen her like this on the bridge when she tried to commit suicide. Her skin looked pale; now that she was close Nova could see the difference. Her eyes were dull and red and her lips looked purple as if she was smoking. Nova turned his attention back to Chloe because he knew that even if his sister is sweet, shes also annoying.
