The Fusion RecPlex offers a great place where your children can be dropped
off while you achieve your tness goals. Child must be 6 months old.
Parents must sign-in and out with a one hour minimum and two hour
maximum. Parent cannot leave facility.

certied tness professionals, members can create a personal workout
strategy based on individual goals. The program begins with a tness
assessment, measurements, movement analysis, nutritional guidance
and program development.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training offers the accountability and personal attention
many need to stick with a tness program. Group training fees are 50
percent less than one-on-one personal training and consist of between
4-8 participants per group. Its a great way to build camaraderie with
your fellow participants, while having the guidance and motivation of a
personal trainer.

Massage is a great way to relieve stress and soothe aching muscles. Fusion
RecPlex has a number of trained massage therapists ready to help you
recover, relax and renew your senses. Browse the different types of massage

PRENATAL
Designed to ease some of the stress put on the body due to pregnancy,
this gentle massage provides relaxation & helps reduce swelling. Prenatal
massage can be safely performed throughout each trimester with a doctors
note. Light to medium pressure.
SWEDISH
This classic form of fully body massage relaxes the body and mind,
improves muscle tone and stimulates circulation. Light pressure.

DEEP TISSUE
A more intense massage, deep tissue releases chronic areas of tension in
the body through slow strokes and direct pressure. Deep tissue massage is
excellent for relieving tension, tightness and muscle pain. Medium to deep

SPORTS
Similar to deep tissue but with added stretching, sports massage focuses on
the muscles utilized in your specic sport. Can be customized for pre-event,
post-event or maintenance training to improve performance, prevent injury

The Youth Weight Floor Introductory Program allows 13 to 15 year

Boot Camp
A high intensity interval class that mixes cardiovascular
and body weight exercises with plyometrics and strength
training. This boot camp class is designed in a way to
increase muscle confusion and push your body to new
personal records each time. Our instructors will push you with a drill
sergeant intensity, while encouraging you to complete your most challenging
workouts ever. This high intensity challenge will be the most fun you can
have while sweating!
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa literally means breath-synchronized movement.
This class is a series of poses that will energize your

Power Yoga
This powerful yoga discipline is more challenging and
faster paced than a traditional yoga class. With more focus

Core-Commotion
The core of our body is the physical foundation for every
movement we do. This class will not only help you on
your way to that great looking 6-pack, but will also help
with injury prevention and body stability. The focus will be
on the abdominal muscles, as well as back muscles, and muscular slings
used in functional movement. Hip and glute work also protect your spine
and promote better body mechanics and balance. This class will have you
feeling ab-tastic!
Interval Training
This class is based on the HIIT (high-intensity interval
training) strategy of exercise. You will go through a series
of cardio and strength training exercises to crank up your
heart rate, followed by brief rest intervals. These intense
workouts provide improved athletic capacity, cardiovascular conditioning,
and improved fat burning. The class is fast-paced and offers variety, to
ensure dramatic results in a short period of time!
Pure Strength
Work your muscles in a variety of ways by utilizing
sculpting exercises designed to tighten and tone. Youll feel

Cardio Kickboxing
The high intensity workout is kickboxing sport specic
with an athletic based cardio and strength based
component. With focuses on endurance, strength and

Spin
This indoor cycling class will increase cardiovascular endurance and
give you a great caloric burn. With fun, fast-paced music and boisterous
instructor encouragement, youll have a great time and a great sweat. Feel
free to bring a padded seat cover or wear padded cycling shorts for comfort.

Small Group Kettlebell
This small group class is designed to build strength and endurance by
utilizing all the traditional Russian kettlebell exercises. With a unique blend
of plyometrics, strength, cardio and mobility, you can burn calories and take

Pilates
This workout is based on techniques developed by
Joseph Pilates which includes concentrated work on core
strength, body alignment and muscular balance. The
overall goal of Pilates is to lengthen and tone the muscles
of the core without adding bulk. This is a fantastic class to help you achieve
that lean, dancers body look.
Piloxing

Piloxing combines high-intensity boxing and Pilates to


blast calories, tone your muscles and strengthen your
core. All of the great benets of pilates, combined with the
high-intensity cardio workout of boxing.
Zumba

Zumba incorporates aerobic interval training by featuring


easy to follow dance steps to tone and sculpt the body.
Youll learn a variety of dance rhythms and fun dance
moves, while blasting away calories!

You may not need a personal trainer but if youve been doing the same
workouts, hit a plateau or just need some fresh ideas then this program is
for you. Meet with Meghan to discuss your goals and prior workout routines,
then she will design a ve week exercise program specic to your goals and
schedule. Meghan will take you through each exercise and track progress
with you every 2 weeks. A Final evaluation will be given the last week, and
future plans can be discussed at that time. Day/Times are scheduled one on
one with Meghan.

Nutritional Counseling
(Ages 14 +)
Sometimes its not what youre doing or not doing in the gym that is holding
you back, but what you are EATING! Our nutritionist will have you keep a
5-day food log (which will include a weekend). The food log will tabulate
what you eat/drink, amount, time of day, general feeling, along with any
physical activity performed each day. You will then meet with the counselor
to discuss your food log and come up with a strategy to change your eating
behaviors, reduce calorie consumptions, and eliminate unhealthy foods.
This program is 5 weeks of nutritional counseling.

week. But some also experience a chronic cough, heartburn laryngitis and
nausea. If those symptoms sound familiar, it could be Barretts Esophagus
a disorder in which the lining of the esophagus is damaged by stomach
acid and changed to a lining similar to that of the stomach. We will discuss
Barretts Esophagus and how it differs from heartburn. Well also review
risk factors, symptoms and how the correct diagnosis will lead to proper
treatment options.
