BUYER'S INSTRUCTIONS
1. BUYER completes required fields and decides which Ref # applies and completes Columns (d) thru (f).
(a) (b) (c) (d) BUYER's Drawing/Data Requirement Reference Number. Description of BUYER's Requirements for SUPPLIER Drawing/Data submittal. BUYER's Document Code (To be included in all transmittals and will serve as an index or reference point for documents received). Priority Code: Priority 1 = Critical for BUYER's plant design to maintain a cost optimized production schedule. HIGHEST PRIORITY DATA! Priority 2 = Required to verify compliance with specifications and authorization to proceed with SUPPLIER's fabrication. Priority 3 = Required for field installation, operation and maintenance plant data books. Type & QTY = E for Electronic : C for Certified Document is to be submitted within 10 (ten) calender days after receipt of Approval : DK = CD/DVD for Manuals only (Separate CD/DVD's for Spanish & English) : S = Spanish required alongside English on drawings & documents. EXPECTED SUBMITTAL determined by the buyer as a reasonable time in weeks after Receipt of Order (ARO), when the BUYER expects to receive initial submission of the drawings and data.

INSTRUCTIONS to SUPPLIER
2. SUPPLIER enters in Column (g) the PROMISED SUBMITTAL time in weeks which when added to purchase award date constitutes Supplier's commitment date.
SUPPLIER must return form to BUYER fully completed and signed with BID PACKAGE. (Documents that will not be supplied will require an explanation)

3. The Agreed Upon Purchase Award Date can be found on the Procurement Purchase Order. 4. SUPPLIER will submit drawings or documents on or before Date Due at Buyers Office. Each document upload shall include a fully completed transmittal in Excel format and shall be emailed to Buyer's
Document Management Department at [email protected]. Transmittal must show Supplier Document Titles, Document Numbers, Doc Codes, Issue Dates, Equipment ID Tag(s) & Fluor's Doc No for returning submittals. Transmittal header will include PROJECT NAME, PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER and Transmittal Number.

5. Comprehensive instructions to the SUPPLIER are to be found in document 240K-C2-ES-55-003 "PDDM Attachment to Supplier Drawing and Data Commitment Form". 6.
