Background
1. In March 2010, a presentation was made by NESPAK to Honorable Chief Minister Punjab with recommendations:
Construct 6-lane flyover along Ferozepur road (Cost = 2300 Million Rs.) 6-lane underpass along Main Boulevard (Cost = 950 Million Rs.) In addition to above, four grade separations Costing Rs. 1,800 Millions were also recommended to be taken up in phases at following locations:
