1. What gender are you?

We made a decision to survey ten people as it is even and can make the scores equal. This data shows that five were male and five were female as we can gather an even amount to get an even result in the end.

2. What age category do you fit into?

This data is showing out of five males that most of them that we surveyed were in the region of 25+. We decided to vary the survey with 3 other age groups as it would allow us to see what different kind of audience age groups thought but they fell into each category.

3. Was our genre clear from the start?

As the results are showing, every male was clear on what the genre is and showed us that the genre was a good choice as it was clear which is important when you make a short film. Especially, when the production team were creating the script.

Out of five females, the results showing us what they thought of MIX UP and what they would rate it out of ten. Six, eight and nine was all chosen once and seven was chosen twice as two males thought it was really good. As they are all in the to, higher five region shows that it is rated quite good and high. Ten wasnt mentioned once just like 4 and below.

5. Which out of the four micro elements was the strongest?

As we surveyed five males, the outcome showed us that Miseen-scene was the strongest element and the rest came up once. Males thought, the Editing should be cherished the most as the film came from there.

6. Did the sound match throughout the whole five minutes of our short film?

This question is showing us if the surveyors were listening clearly as all the males thought the sound matched the short film throughout the whole five minutes.

This was to see what the audience thought of the fonts we used in the production and if it was up to their standards. Most males thought it was appropriate apart from two which thought it could have been a little funnier and appropriate to the movie visually.

8. As the audience, do you think our short film was professional?

In order for us to see what the males thought of the production and to see if they think it was quite professional or not. Success as all said yes as it had good shots and varied the shots with some flow. It had sound appropriate to each shot and the dialogue was used cleverly with the movements of each actor thought about carefully. These results show males recommending our short film to friends and family as they think its suitable and funny. This comedic drama can draw many audiences and different age groups with ethnicities however, hard for Caucasians to understand clearly as that one person said they wouldnt recommend it.

This is showing us that out of five males, all five thought it was funny, hilarious and had them in stitches. I thought this showed us that if we were to remake this production again then we would have to add more jokes to try and make it even funnier that the audience would be able to get easily e.g. Caucasians and change their mind about this production being a full comedy.
