Congratulations!...

Now you are the proud owner of a V-GUARD Electronic Voltage Stabilizer, which is the result of years of technological research. Every Stabilizer is inspected and tested thoroughly before leaving our premises. Incase of any manufacturing defect, we undertake to replace the unit during the first 3 months from the date of purchase, provided the same is returned in good condition with scratch-free cabinet and the packaging materials by the customer. Further, we undertake to repair the unit for a balance period of 4 years 9 months of total 5 years warranty. This undertaking does not extend to any equipment connected to the voltage stabilizer. MODEL: VGSD 100 Application: Deep Freezer / Higher Capacity Refrigerator (Maximum upto 600 Ltrs) The most up-to-date design and manufacturing standards make this an ideal guard for your equipment from voltage fluctuations. This stabilizer can withstand up to 320V AC input. Please ensure that excess voltage beyond this level is not fed to the stabilizer, which can cause serious damage to the stabilizer and connected equipment, in which case this Warranty will have no application. It is designed to work up to 40C ambient temperature. Surge/spike protection is not provided in this stabilizer. Please follow these simple instructions carefully: Connect the three-pin top of your equipment to the socket provided on the rear side of the Stabilizer. Plug the three-pin top of the stabilizer to the mains. (This stabilizer is provided with a good quality 16 amp three pin-top and hence use only the same to avoid loose contact of power supply.)

This stabilizer is provided with two indicating lamps namely MAINS and OUTPUT. When both lamps are ON (glows in Red), the Stabilizer is feeding normal voltage to the equipment connected to it. If the MAINS lamp is ON and the OUTPUT lamp is OFF, the stabilizer is either in restart time delay condition or in High/Low Voltage cut-off.

This stabilizer is provided with an Intelligent Time Delay System. Initially when the stabilizer, being in OFF condition for more than three minutes, is switched ON, there wont be any time delay. If the power supply fails and comes back within three minutes, there will be a time delay depending upon the period of absence of power. If power failure lasts for more than three minutes, the stabilizer will be switched ON automatically at the arrival of the power. This time delay is provided to prevent immediate restart and chattering in case of power failure. This affords proper balancing time for the compressor before restart.

If the line voltage remains below 130V or above 290V the stabilizer will not give output voltage, the output lamp remains OFF. In most of the places it is likely that voltage remains very low during peak hours of power consumption (between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.) and hence stabilizer may be in cut-off position. When the line voltage comes to a safe range, the StabiIizer will give output automatically.
