INTRODUCTION
is a province of the People's Republic of China, located in the southwest of the country. Sichuan has been historically known as the "Province of Abundance". Great strides have been made in developing Sichuan into a modern hi-tech industrial base, by encouraging both domestic and foreign investments in electronics and information technology (such as software), machinery and metallurgy (including automobiles), hydropower, pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries. As the capital of Sichuan province Chengdu is one of the most important economic, transportation, and communication centers in Western China. China's state council has designated Chengdu as the country's western center of logistics, commerce, finance, science and technology, as well as a hub of transportation and communication. It is also an important base for manufacturing and agriculture. Sichuan Agricultural University, one of the 100 key universities selected by the Chinese government to receive special funding under the "211 project". There are 3 campuses in Sichuan which is Chengdu, Yaan and Dujiangyan. College of Economics and Management settled in Chengdu Campus of Sichuan Agricultural University in Feb. 2011. Its originated from Department of Agricultural Economics, Sichuan University in 1943. CEM has enrolled students from more than 20 provinces around the whole country, and currently has 3680 undergraduates and about 500 postgraduates. It has a qualified faculty with over 100 professional teachers, including 63 professors and Associate professors, 15 doctor tutors and 61 master tutors. CEM is the fastest growing in Sichuan Agricultural University that has 4 departments (Economics, Financial, Management, Management of Agriculture and Forestry), 1 experimental teaching center of economics and management, and 1 research center(Sichuan Rural Development Research Center).

In 2010, Geely Holding acquired Volvo Cars. Yema Auto -is the only carmaker in Sichuan province that has both commercial vehicle (bus) and passenger vehicle (light bus) production qualities. And it was listed as the key developed enterprise in The 12th Five-Year Plan of Sichuan Province, Chengdu, and Mianyang. The company has two production bases (Chengdu base and Mianyang base). It is organized by five subsidiaries: Bus Produce Company, Passenger Car Produce Company, Engine Assembly Produce Company, Sales and Service Company, and Mianyang Auto Produce Company.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Sichuan Branch-The World's Top 500 Enterprises. is the largest asset in the western region of a branch which is part of Industrial
and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC). ICBC provided a wide range of financial products and services to 4.11 million corporate clients and 282 million individual customers through 16,648 outlets across China. Sichuan Rural Credit Union-is the largest local bank in China's southwest region, has offers financial services to more than 68 million people in rural areas of Sichuan province. It has played an important role in promoting Sichuan Province's economic and social progress through its active involvement in a wide range of rural financial services. Chengdu Railway Container Center Station-was held in Chengxiang town, Qing Baijiang area,ChengDu,2010, which is Asias largest railway container center station with an investment of two billion yuan ($286.39 million). The station has a total cargo throughput of 2.2 or 2.5 million twenty foot equivalent units (TEUs). Sichuan International Agricultural Trading Center-is the second largest trading center in China, which located in Mengyang town, Pengzhou city, Sichuan province. The vegetable trading in this center has opened, and it settled more than 2,600 businesses, the daily trading volume of 5,000 tons. Yuwang Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd.- is an integrated agricultural industrialization enterprise that based on agricultural production, agricultural eco-tourism, agricultural production and processing, import and export trade. In 2007, this company has established organic Kiwi base reach 20,000 Mu in Pengzhou and Dujiangyan city, Sichuan province. By now, the fresh kiwifruit export volume has reached 11,000 tons.
