April 8th HOA Meeting Minutes

The March HOA meeting minutes discussed several maintenance issues around the property including a mildew issue in the laundry room, plumbing issues, and drainage problems. The treasurer reported on the financial status of the operating and reserve accounts. Upcoming projects for the landscape committee and reopening of the pool in April were mentioned. A new property handyman was hired and will be the main contact for maintenance issues going forward. The next meeting will be on May 14th at the clubhouse.
