Dear friends of football without frontiers,
The next step in the development of EURO-2014, has
been, the semifinals!
This time, we get more time, to following the stages and the entire strategies of
the competition, insight the field, as well as outside the field, both strategies
interesting for the TOTAL VIEW OF PROFESSIONAL INTERNATIONAL
OBSERVATION!
So, the semifinals are interesting from many points of view:
1. VALUE VS. SPORT ESTATE, FOR THE GAMES;
2. COACHES and PLAYERS SUPER-STARS, the victorys barometer!
3. SUPREMACY IN FOOTBALL: through: science, art and strategy?
BEING THE SECOND MATERIAL, REGARDIN THE EURO = Club Championship

*This is just a professional exercise for the professional coaches;

to improve our expertise, to develop, perfect and use practically, to learn the
really objective modern games factors!
*The computer is our best professional friend, are making millions of data, but
when we are analyzing them, finally, we are going back to OUR PROFESSIONALIS
CONCEPT, Knowledge, experience, Expertise, made by all our senses, and
Logistic and Emotional Intelligence, etc., and making the last final decision
which must be: Scientific, Technical and Strategic, the COMMON SENS!
* The entire circle of ANALYSYS, NEEDS SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

For example, the possession of Bayer Munich has been 64% and
Chelsea, 52%, and they lost the games? The reality is on the other
factors and direction! Lets remember:
2. How can the Specialists & Journalists neglected that the BAYER &
Gurdiola, won this year 3 competitions, and even RUMMENIGE,
declare in the international media, that the presence of GORADIOLA,
the value of the game, efficiency, exceptional show, its a gift for
Germany, Football and Bayern!
3. On the other side, Chelsea & Mourinho, put the team on the first line
to win the national championship, without exceptional players, they
won with some of the reserve players, before the semifinals, won
against LIVERPOOL, making one of the most professional
demonstration of STRATEGY OF STRATEGIES, MAKING THE MAGIC
STRATEGY AND WON! But the team was not totally recovered and the
tragedy is the same for all world team, without any exception (only

FIELD - ADVANTAGE ?(ITS STILL WORKING OR NOT? Bayern lost home 4-0,
to Real Madrid and Chelsea, 3-1 home! Why?

club, national and international games, and majority of the players are
national teams-players, A heavy season, without; FORCING THE HEALTH OF
PLAYERS OR CHANGING THE LAWS OF THE GAME!
3. The explanation is simple: The players are not capable, biologically, to
recover totally and 1. Body, 2. Mind and 3. Glands, and the ADRENALINE
its not coming faster, and enough TO CONCENTRATE AND RELAX DURING
THE GAME, having a shortage of recuperation, creating second class
players, from the super-stars and team! And of course, losing like
amateurs!
Solution?
a. FIFA MODIFY THE LAWS OF THE GAME (like using for- substitution 20
players for each game);
b. LIVIND THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE OFFICIAL GAMES 6-7 days
before the international game, to give the same conditions of
professionalism for world football;
c. Forcing the MEDICAL TEAMWORK FOR EACH CLUB, to find the special
BIOCHIMISTRY, PHARMACOLOGY AND NUTRITIONAL the MAGIC

POWER-POWDER, WHICH EVEN ITS NOT DROG, those combinations
are poison and AFFECTING THE HEALTH OF PLAYERS!
6. There is a competition at the highest level of
performance, between the CONCEPT OF
PERFORMANCE: LATIN, ANGLO-SAXON and MIX!
6.1. There is a competition, when we are playing NATIONAL TEAMS the 2 CONCEPTS (Latin &
Anglo-Saxon) ARE MORE VISIBLE! (In the last 5 World Cups, the LATIN FOOTBALL WON, FROM
1994-2010!)
6.2. But, in conditions of PROFESSIONAL CLUBS, THE RULES OF BUYING PLAYERS FROM ALL
OVER THE WORLD, ITS A BUSINESS OF MIILIONS TODAY!
6.3. The strange and interesting was happening in this semi-finals too. The 2 Spanish teams
(LATIN FOOTBALL CONCEPT) were winning against the prestigious 2- of the best teams-famous
ANGLO-SAXON: GERMAN-Bayern and CHELSEA English CLUBS! What is the explanation of this
strange situation, in their own field-home!
6.4. The other interesting and strange situation is that the 4 teams, are coaching by the 4
LATINO COACHES:
* Ancelotti-Real Madrid;
* Simeone-Atletico Madrid;
* Mourinho - Chelsea and;
* Guardiola Bayern Munich!
6.5. We discussed the situation of BETTER CONCEPT OF PERFORMANE FOR THE LATIN
COUNTRIES, like in the game, there are fundamental differences:
1. Coaches education: for LATIN COUNTRIES, the Football Game is: 1. SCIENCE (Made by the
Coaches), 2. ART (Made by the Super-Stars PLAYERS) & 3. The value of those 2 factors (Science +
Art) are given the PERFORMANCE VALUE = 3. Finally, the Value OF BUSINESS!
2. The Concept of Education is based for ANGLO-SAXON CONCEPT, in the following priority:
1. BUSINESS (Under any circumstances); 2. ART (made by the LATIN SUPER-STARS PLAYERS), and
finally, 3. COACHES (the last important factors in ANGLO-SAXON FOOTBALL concept!)

3. Today, there is not country (out of 209 national football associations), without following
the LATIN PLAYING SYSTEM, COACHES, PLAYERS, MANAGERS, AGENTS, ETC!
7. Getting more insight of the 4 teams structure and

TABOO of the world FOOTBALL:
7.1. Every football coach, has a CONCEPT OF PERFORMANCE, with three SYSTEMS:

* Recovery System: Before the game, during and after the game!
7.2. Every team has a SUPER-STAR PLAYERS (AND OTHER STARS, COMPOSING THE TEAM TO
WIN THE SUPREMACY):
* The super-stars, the LIDER OF THE TEAM, IS THE SUPER-VALUE THE MAN OF THE WINNING
GAMES, THE SCORER, THE POSITIVE GAME FACTORS OF THE TEAM LIKE: Ibrahimovich, Messi,
Robbin, Ronaldo, etc...
THE REALITY:
*The super-stars are the better paid and are connected direct with the Clubs Patron;
* WHEN EVERTHING IS DEVELOPING WELL total partnership between all factors; COACH-
SUPER-STARS), THE TEAM IS PLAYING AND WINNING GAMES, CUPS, CHAMPIONSHIPS,
TOURNAMENT!
* So, the super-stars are the first partners of the Coaches (as they influencing the patron, to
employ them, or no);
* They are the first consultant is making the first 11 and, even the reserves;
* There are two COACHES: One, outside the field and the SUPER-STARS IN THE FIELD!
MORE THAN THIS, for LATIN AND ANGLO-SAXON, OR MIX CONCEPT:
* The Super-stars of the teams are THE REALLY COACHES IN THE FIELD and the COACHES, ARE
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE THE FIELD);
*If the coach wants to impose by force, their opinions and the super-stars (and the main
players) are not agree, the CONFLICT START AND, USUALLY, HAS TWO DIRECTIONS:
1. - The coach, is doing what the leaders and group of players NEED & WANT, and is good for
the team; or

the patron for the new coach to be appointed!
8. THAN, THE REALITY FOR OUR 4 TEAMS IS SIMPLE:
We are presenting in few characteristics of Coaches professional
personality, in our Theory of Practice:
8.1. SIMEONE: Atletico-Madrid:
* Its one of the less paid coach, who wants to demonstrate that is possible everything in
football, if there is a common sense professionalism, love for football, with players who
want to become super-star (together): The Positive period of coaches success, with every
team!
* Their mental, physical and game strategies are developed equally, from coaches and
players, supporters and patrons;
* The Coach love what he is doing, the payers are totally with the coach, they spirit,
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENE connected perfect with the LOGISTIC INTELLIGENCE!
* A SUPERB TEAM COACH, FAMILY, DEDICATED TO FOOTBALL, ONE OF THE ACTUAL WORLD
CLUB/TEAM/COACH/PLAYERS PROFESSIONAL MODELS! And works!
8.2. MOURINHO: Chelsea
* Its one of the most PROFESSIONAL INTELECTUAL WORLD MODEL COACH, demonstrated
already in all countries and teams/clubs he was working with!
* But despite of exceptional qualities, he is the first model to demonstrate that when he is
losing the PROFESSIONA COMMON SENSE, HAS THE SAME WAY - OUT!
Was happened with Real Madrid, starting to fight with the TEAMS LEADER, THE CAPITAIN, of
the team and of the National teams Goalkeeper.
Being proud of his coaching intelligence, was not using the EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, AND
HE WAS STARTING FIGTHING and he did one of the most essential mistake of a super-star
coach! HE WAS PUNISHED THE PLAYERS, REPLACING HIM (showing that he is the boss!
ME OR YOU PLAYER, but around the world, no coach SUPER-STARS IS DOING THE SAME,
AND NO COACH WAS WINNING AGAINST A SUPER-MAGIC-STAR!
But, IN THE CASE OF Mourinho, in Real Madrid, a small group of the players, started attacking
the coach, and pushing him to transfer to England, at Chelsea!

COMMON SENSE, WAS WORKED PERFECT! MOURINHO WAS OUT FROM REAL MADRID!
In Chelsea started also a very good work, but no chance to buy super-stars and the results are
good, very good, but not Exceptional, as usually!
8.3. ANCHELOTTI: REAL Madrid,
* After a beginning with many difficulties, the coach was finding the right strategy, getting
together with RONALDO, and supported by all the players, Ronaldo received the BEST
AWARD FOR BEST PLAYERS OF THE YEAR AND, THE RESTits already successful HISTORY!
*Like a miracle, the ability of the coach was cooperating totally with the team and the
atmosphere and unity of the team and the unity between the coach & the team becomes
perfect, and the game, also perfect!
* The DEMOCRATIC CONCEPT OF LISTENING TO THE PLAYERS has been the nr. 1 winning the
teams Law, of total - PARTNERSHIP!
* Ancellotti, was managing well the energy, in the field and outside, the atmosphere is
exceptional, and the players are happy, and now, the renegaded goalkeeper by Mourinho,
will come back to the team, so, they are the best, just because they WANT, THEY CAN AND
THEY ARE PLAYING WITH THEIR LIFE, A REALLY FAMILY OF CHAMPIONS!
8.4. GUARDIOLA: Bayer Munich:
*Master Guardiola, its one of the best young football coach, with exceptional capacities and
potential, but like anyone, becoming the world best paid coach, the best dressed coach,
Guardiola lost the self-control.. This happened also, to other famous coaches but;
* But the final decision, its not yet done! After the season they will decide the future of their
cooperation!
*Like Mourinho, Guardiola was living the BIG BARCELONA, and was preparing strategic
transferring to BAYERN MUNICH, the best professional club from Germany and Europe!
*After winning 3 competitions, was declared THE CHAMPION and, and 2- cups, he believes
that, he can turn the sport estate, for EURO-2014, FINALS, but, he was tired, like players and
together lost the qualification in the finals, with 4-0, from Real Madrid!
THERE IS ONE OG THE MOST IMPORTANT coaches PROFESSIONAL MOTTO
* THE FIRST AND LAST PROFESSIONAL SUPER-STARS COACHES LAW OF SUCCESS IS SIMPLE:

2. Also, we recognized that this is almost impossible!

finals, will play after 3-4 days, the league official matches!
