Motion For Extension

The complainant Enrique Addatu filed an urgent motion for an extension of time to submit his position paper. His counsel needs more time to obtain amplification documents related to the overseas medical report issued to Mr. Addatu. These documents pertain to the source or root documents leading to the medical report. Counsel is also still securing clearer copies of some local documents. The motion requests a two-week extension from the date of filing to submit the position paper.

issued to the complainant Mr. Addatu. These amplification
documents pertain to source or root documents leading the

documents from the source since the local representatives
are not so cooperative.
