Welcome To High School Dive Sheet Verifier
The following is available: Be sure you ENABLE MACROS when opening the program
If not, the rules will not be checked and the sheet will not be verified.
Macros are the hidden code that run the program within the Dive Verifier Sheet to check dives.
Older verions of Excel require the Security level to Medium to be prompted to enable Macros.
This setting is found under Tools/Macros in the Excel program
USING EXCEL 2010 - and newer versions of windows look for the Developer Pull down menu
Select MACRO SECURITY and set at the Second level, "Disable Macros with notification"
You will now be prompted to enable Macros each time you open the program.
A Certificate or Signature is not available for this program. You may download this file from
www.diverline.com to get an original program in a zipped file from the author.
Dive Sheet Click on FORM file folder shown at bottom of this page
with rule checking TO FILL OUT FORM:
Use MOUSE to select event or group,
Use TAB key to move to each area where text can be entered.
Replace Text as you go. To Clear spaces use the DELETE key if necessary
Enter Dive numbers as 101A in the first box. Do not enter 101 A
Reminder: Do not enter spaces between the dive and possition
Either upper or lower case will work for possition
As you TAB to the next dive, the DD will be automatically entered
If N/A appears check to see if spaces have been entered before or after
If N/A appears check DD list (file folder) to determine if
selected dive is allowed in HS DD Tables.
Selecting Board height
Pull down windows are available under each dive listed.
Use the mouse to select the board height for each Dive
The defaults are reset to 1 Meter Boards each time the
events are reselected in the upper right hand corner
Voluntary and Optional Dives
Pull down windows are available under each dive number
Use the mouse to select the type for each Dive
11 DIVES: The defaults are reset to 2 vol 3 opt; 2 vol 1 opt;1 vol 2 opt
each time 11 dive event is selected in the upper right hand corner
6 DIVES: The defaults are reset to 1 vol followed by 5 opt
Rule Checking
Rule errors notices will appear until the dives listed comply with the requirements
Sugestion: Enter all dives, then look for error notices.
The complete error free sheet will print with VERIFIED and DD info
listed at the bottom of the printed sheet.

For California CIFSS 3 meter DD's have been included as an option.

For an 11 Dive event, first 5 dives = 2 voluntaries & 3 optionals; next 3 dives = 2 vol & 1 opt; last 3 dives = 1 vol & 2 opt.
For an 11 Dive event, the 5 voluntaries must come from 5 groups, and the 6 optionals must have at least one from each group.
For an 11 Dive event, all 5 groups must be represented in the first 8 rounds.
For a 6 Dive event, the first dive is voluntary with a max dd of 1.8; the last 5 dives are optional.

a) The first dive is a voluntary dive, from any group, which will be assigned its dd up to 1.8. Any
voluntary dive with a dd greater than 1.8 will be assigned a dd of 1.8.
b) The following five optional dives must come from at least four of the five groups, and may not
include the voluntary dive.
