What is Co-op?
Co-operative Education (Co-op): In co-op,
students combine academic study with periods
of career related, paid work experience in
business, industry, government or not-for-profit
agencies under the supervision of the employer.
There are various approaches to co-op,
including:
Parallel co-op
Alternating co-op
Types of Co-op?
We use the alternating co-op model: Students work full-
time every other semester, alternating between full-time
work assignments, and full-time enrollment in school.
