Apply requirements (All conditions have to be satisfied)


1. Until March 31th each year, you must have 12 years completion from recognised educational institut
ions (high school, college, university) or with equivalent education level, and graduate from your fin
al institute (high school, college, university) with less than 5 years.
2. You must have a clear purpose for study in Japan, and capable for all expenses during your stay in J
apan, which includes living expenses as well as tuition fee.
3. With ONE of the following Japanese language qualifications:
4. JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) Level or J-Test Level F
5. With equivalent proof or qualification that shows you have sufficient Japanese language ability. (Suc
h as 150 hours Japanese study from qualified educational institute)

(1) Documents need to provide from the applicant


1. Application form (Need to be written by the applicant in the form that provided by school)
2. Original copy of transcript of grades for each year of schooling
3. Original copy of diploma or certificate of graduation (Diploma will be returned after verification)
4. Certificate of learning Japanese Language (the copy of certificate of JLPT or J-Test) or the
certificate of learning Japanese language (certification of enrolled Japanese language course,
learning hours and text-book that has been used. The listed information needs to be provided by
the teacher of learning center)
5. 6 photos of the applicant within last 3 month (height 4.0cm x 3.0cm) (Please write your name on
the back of all photos and one of the photo need to be sticked on the application form)
6. A copy of your passport (only for the passport holders, there is no need to provide this document if
you do not hold a passport. Applicants who have been to Japan, need to provide Japanese visa
and the document of entry, which stated in the passport)
7. Applicant who has been already occupied need to provide [certificate of employment]. If the
applicant is self-employed or individual operator then a business registration need to be provided
as well.
(2) Documents need to be prepared by sponsors (parents, relatives or friends live in Japan can be recognised as sponsors
or applicants.

A: Financial supporter do not live in Japan


1. A Pledge of Support (Form provided, has to be written by supporter with stamp)
2. Statement of financial support explaining the reason of the support and the amount (form from
department of entry, has to be written by sponsor with stamp)
3. Certificate of employment or a copy of the companys register when the financial supporter
manages a company.
4. Certificate of the financial support explaining the source of income and a copy of the income
statement. (Please provide income statement in records up to 3 years)
5. Certificate of family registration which proves the relationship between financial supporter and applicant

B: Financial supporter live in Japan (Japanese or Foreigners who are permanent resident)

*Note:
1. There is 20,000 yen registration fee have to be payed to the institute along
with the submission of documents for examination qualified applicants.
2. The institute is response for reviewing the application documents as well as
notifying the applicants. (Issue the offer, students are able to apply a
passport within their home country)
3. Total payment (680,000 yen) can be payed after receiving the copy of
Certificate of Eligibility.
4. As the payments has been received, the original copy of Certificate of
Eligibility will be then post to the applicant for visa application. However,
supposing visa is refused to be issued, only tuition and other expenses

5. The institute is response for picking up students from the airport, please notice
the institute regarding with the flight detail in advance.
