Clinker Production Caliculation Program

This document outlines the coal firing program and production levels of a cement plant kiln. It provides kiln production levels in tons per 24 hours corresponding to different operating parameters like coal and petcoke feed rates, kiln speed, and excess fuel. The kiln production can be increased from 300 tons per 24 hours up to a maximum of 6,500 tons per 24 hours by adjusting these parameters like coal feed rate from 4.6 tons per hour to 65 tons per hour and kiln speed from 5% to 100% while maintaining excess fuel of 0-1%. The kiln speed and production have a direct relationship with each other according to the program.
