I, Daggubati Santhosh S/o Partha Sarathi (Late), aged 27 years, resident
of Vetapalem Village & Mandal, Prakasam District, do hereby solemnly affirm
and sincerely state as follows:I am the deponent herein and 2nd petitioner in the main O.P.

The O.P. is

filed for compensation for the death of my Father, who died in a motor accident.
Later the same was decreed in our favour for a sum of Rs.4,80,000/- with
interest and costs on 01-11-2011.

The 5th respondent deposited an amount of

Rs.6,09,828/- into the Court, dt.23-02-2012.

I am entitled to an amount of

Rs.75,000/- with interest and costs of Rs.95,286/- towards my share of


compensation amount. The Honble Court permitted me to withdraw 50% on
my share of compensation amount of Rs.48,095-50 with interest and costs as
per decree direction, dt.01-11-2011 and I withdrew the same and the remaining
balance amount of Rs.47,190-50 was kept under fixed deposit for 3 years. My
mother is going to perform marriage to me and I am need of money towards my
marriage expenses and towards my business expansion.
Hence it is prayed that the Honble Court may be pleased to permit me to
withdraw my entire share of compensation balance amount of Rs.47,190-50
with accrued interest thereon and pass such other necessary orders in the
interest of Justice.
