Supervisory Training (1999-2001, 2005-2008): received as a part of my training as supervisor for Luxor and
Stratosphere, including management training in regulations, handling of personnel. A full list is available

Training and Services Delivered:
Training delivered in the following subjects at over forty casinos and other types of open enrollment training
since 2002: Surveillance Basics (operations, evidence, reporting); Security Basics (operations, legal basics,
search and detention, officer safety); Slots protection: Tables Games Cheating and Theft Protection;
Advantage Play; Internal Theft and Fraud. An outline of my current training program, developed over ten

for those who desired confidentiality, is available on request.
2007-2008: Developed, wrote and executed current three-part Surveillance training program for Falmouth
Institute, for training of new employees from green operator level up to Director level candidate.
2009: Developed and wrote 200-page Standard Operations Manual for Commerce Casino Surveillance, for
compliance with new California state regulations; approved on first pass with state regulators.
