Document Numbering System

The document describes the numbering system used for project documentation. The numbering structure is OOO-TTT-LLL-DD-SSS where: OOO is the originator code, TTT is the document type code, LLL is the location/facility code, DD is the discipline code, and SSS is the sequential number. The sequential numbering is independent of the document type.
