You may want to start with some small talk using F.O.R.M. (Family, Occupation, Recreation,

Clear the time Did I catch you at a good time? Do you have a couple of minutes?
Start with your recruiting line which includes a couple of credibility facts.
Follow the 4 Cs
You can say all the right words, but without the right emotion or conviction it wont work.
Its not as much what you say but HOW you say it.
Compliment At some point in the conversation you are going to compliment them and tell
them
WHY you thought theyd be great at this business.
Create Curiosity Your goal is excite and intrigue them enough to want to learn more. This means
less is more when it comes to inviting. Your whole initial conversation should be no more than
a minute or two. Give them a credibility fact or 2 to WOW them.
Control Control yourself from giving out too much info!
Commitment Your goal is to get them to commit to come to a meeting, a webinar or a conference

a genetic-based patented technology that is going to revolutionize the anti-aging and wellness industries. Its
been all over the media, Today Show, NBC, Fox News.......... Not to mention all the print accolades. Because they
are in the very beginning stages of launching this new brand, the timing couldnt be better. Think about Apples
expansion as they continued to innovate from their original Macs thru to their latest iphone and ipad products.............
Id like to say this company is following a similar innovation strategy. Theyve actually been referenced as the Apple
of the anti-aging industry.
I thought this project might hold some interest for you because (compliment or reason why - youre such
an outgoing person / youre such a savvy business person/you have such a great personality / it seems like
something right up your alley / I know you were looking to get back into the work world / I know youve mentioned your business or job has been negatively impacted by the economy). So my question for you is, if
there was a significant amount of money to be earned here, (or if there was a way to diversify your income in

to make money outside of what you do or ways to create a recurring income stream around your current
schedule?
Where are you from? (any answer) Oh! I happen to be expanding my business there!
If you overhear someone complain about business/job/economy - Based on what you just said,

income stream without taking anything away
from what you are doing now.
How to Ask For Referrals
I am working on a really exciting project expanding a new brand of an international 2 billion dollar antiaging company who actually won the American Business award for most Innovative Company for 2010
and was just named by International Business Times as one of the worlds fastest growing public companies In any case, Im looking for a few key people who might be open to explore a very lucrative business.
There is some serious upside potential here. I really respect your opinion and judgment and was wondering
if you know anyone who might be at an interesting crossroads in their life. You know - someone who may
have recently been impacted by this scary economy of ours. Or anyone who has recently been laid off or
might even be looking to go back to work. It could even be someone who hasnt expressed a need but you
see them as a bright, energetic, self-motivated person. I would really appreciate any referrals as it really is

For List # 1 What is this all about?
Its really difficult to give it an accourate description in just 5 minutes which is why I really want
you to see this business overview to learn more about it. Plus, I know enough about it to be really
excited, but not enough to explain it to you in a way that will do it justice. The overview takes just a
(half hour or hour). There is no hype or pressure. Its strictly informational and it will give you the info
you need to decide if this is something you want to learn more about or not.
For close friends you can add Trust me on this. Take the 30/60 minutes and check it out and
then decide for yourself. Im telling you this is too big to pre-judge or ignore. What do you have to
lose? If Im wrong youve lost 30/60 minutes of your life. If Im right youll be thanking me!
If they insist on more information and you are going nowhere with them, but you think they will
respond favorably to the products:
For OUTSIDE - Id much prefer for you to understand the big picture of what we are doing and
the business potential surrounding the product, but in the interim, we should get together
face-to-face, as our anti-aging technology is really demonstratable and I can show you in literally 5 minutes. What does your schedule look like in the new couple of days where you have a

Q: Im not a sales person
A: Great. We arent really looking for sales people. (I wouldnt be excited about it either if it was just
another products sales opportunity.)
Im excited for you to learn more about it as I know this would be right up your alley.
There are several aspects to this business, but the big picture does not involve what you may be thinking of as traditional sales. Again, its a fairly visual presentation and youd have to really see it in order to
understand it better.
Q: I have no time for anything else
A: I know. We are all so crazy busy, but this is one of the reasons why youll want to see this business.
It has a very exciting leveraged income from the business. Most of the people Im working with are fully
engaged in their occupation/profession, but recognize the value of creating a diversified income
stream. Again, you really have to see it to understand it completely. The benefit of our business creates
exactly what you want - a leveraged income. You really have to see it to understand it and shouldnt
pre-judge. It will only take 30/60 minutes. Go for the invite.

viable business opportunity. The desired outcome is more LOIs and business registrations along with
more committed and confident distributors. It is also set as a bridge point between a Business Briefing
and TEU in Utah. Common duration ranges from 3+ hours to 1/2 day.

Follow up is extremely important and professional. Be organized and keep your commitments with
people. Before ending a current meeting or call, schedule what is the next step and when. The fortune is
in the follow up.
Ask your sponsor what contact management system they recommend. The best one, is the one you will
use, be organized and keep your commitments with people.

This table shows the importance of follow-up. It shows that those who
follow up only 4 times miss the opportunity to enroll 80% of those who eventually join
our business, while those who follow up 5 - 12 times, or as many times as needed,
enroll as many candidates as will join their teams. Only 5% of all Distributors are
Red Hot Recruiters, while, with just a little more effort, all could be!
A very successful way to introduce your guests to the business as well as introduce the teamwork is to
do a 3way call with another distributor. You will need to learn how to use 3 way calling on your phone.
This is critical.
How to set up a 3 way call with another distributor 1. First, introduce your guest to the other distributor by sharing the things you like about your prospect the
most. Possibly some of the things that may be uncomfortable or weird for them to say about themselves.
2. Second, introduce the other distributor as someone you work with, giving as mcuh edification as possible when introducing them. Like your guest, share the things that may be weird for them to say about
themselves (i.e. their successes.) The role of the other distributor is to answer questions and share their
experience with the business. Once they have done so, they may drop off the call. It is normal for a 3
way validation call to only last 10 - 15 minutes.

No Crosslining supports all Nuskin distributors working together and is expected in the business. By definition, Sideline (noun) is any distributor not in your upline or downline. Crossling (verb) is the action of
sharing business vitals which do not support business growth: Income, Commissions, Volume, # of
Executives (details behind a password,) and coaching other distributors downline outside of System7.
Consultation with your distributors will be a part of your leadership. Everyone enters this business with
