status updates, and POD/BOL reconciliation reports. The incoming orders
and POD/BOL reports will be in XML format.

Basic Business Requirements

Deutsch Post Smart Global Mail (DSGM) will transmit order(s) via https.
Order transmissions may contain one or multiple orders for various
locations.

XML interface to process and submit orders


Web based GUI used to link BOL information to orders and transmit
XML report to DHL.
Database tables to store BOL information and DHL account
information for XML report.
