competitive price meeting delivery target.

3. We will establish our management system following internationally recognized quality management
system which shall be reviewed at set intervals not only for compliance and meeting the customer

4. QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

AMERICAN & EFIRD (BANGLADESH) LTD strives to be a world-class manufacturer of


threads in the international market. Thereby we will position ourselves as the preferred
vendor for sewing thread by achieving both customer satisfaction and excellence in
product quality.

To achieve this goal, the company is giving utmost priority to ensure quality in all its
activities. The company has adopted the Quality Management System of ISO 9001:2000
which must be properly implemented and followed by all. Through proper implementation
of the system, the company will also reduce rejection rate and improve productivity on
continual basis. The company is committed to comply with requirements and continually
improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

The management is focused on improving working conditions as well as to provide a


positive environment from where all employees can grow with the growth of the
company. The company will emphasize on participatory involvement of all employees in
achieving the objectives.
