Yildiz Over-Unity Generator Patent

This document summarizes an experiment conducted to test an electrical generator designed by Muammer Yildiz that claims to produce more energy than what is input into the system. The experimenter was allowed to inspect the external components of the generator but not the internal details. The generator was confined to a metal box with output cables. Various voltage and current meters were connected to the output cables to directly measure the power produced. After a brief start process using a 12V lead-acid battery connected inside the box, the generator was fully isolated and continued producing electrical power without any other external energy inputs. The experimenter observed voltages of 24V DC and 580V DC as well as currents of up to 18 amps being generated by the system

The inclination angle range of 14 to 90 degrees and the pitch angle range of 10 to 80 degrees or 280 to 350 degrees allow each dipole magnet or magnet sequence on the rotor and stator to have its own individual angle . This flexibility lets the configurations of dipole magnets form a treppenförmige arrangement with potentially uniform or varied displacement among magnets . Such arrangements can result in optimized magnetic interactions, improving performance of the coaxial rotor and stator setup .

Magnet sequences in a homopolar generator can vary in pitch and inclination angles allowing them to tailor the magnetic field's geometry to enhance efficiency and output . These customized configurations allow multiple sequences to operate under different angles of attack, which can increase the electromagnetic interactions throughout the system, resulting in improved energy conversion . Additionally, the constant distance between certain sequences ensures uniformity in field strength across the generator .

Mechanical considerations include ensuring adequately machined components for alignment, such as end caps and housing structures to keep shaft and magnetic parts centered . Alignments are critical to prevent friction, wear, or energy dissipation via improper contact. Attachment columns and guide means help maintain the spacing of stator halves, which is vital for symmetry and minimizing vibration during operation . Properly adjusted air gaps are also instrumental in maintaining magnetic efficiency without mechanical interference .

Constant pitch and inclination angles help maintain a uniform angle of attack across different magnet sequences, which ensures that the magnetic fields developed are consistent and do not fluctuate radically with changes in rotational position . This consistency aids in sustaining a steady output quality, reducing losses due to misalignment and improving the coaxial system's overall electromagnetic coherence .

Design variations in magnet dimensions such as length, cross-sectional height, and trapezoidal forms affect the balance between maximized magnetic interaction area and structural integrity . Larger dimensions can enhance magnetic interaction field but might require adjustments elsewhere to maintain system balance and prevent energy losses due to increased material bulk . Adjustments in dimensions (varying up to 50% as indicated) offer flexibility in tuning strength and frequency of magnetic interactions to serve specific functional outputs .

The air gap between the rotor and stator, adjustable between 3 to 50 mm, is crucial for optimizing magnetic flux linkage and minimizing energy losses due to leakage . A narrower gap (1 mm to 5 mm being preferred) enhances magnetic coupling, increasing efficiency by reducing the reluctance path for the magnetic field . However, the air gap must be balanced to mitigate friction or mechanical wear that could arise from too narrow a separation .

Variable magnet sequences might allow for the optimization of localized field strengths, potentially maximizing energy conversion when aligned with specific load requirements; however, they introduce complexity in controlling uniform magnetic field distribution . Conversely, constant sequences assure simplicity in design and operational predictability, critical in achieving a repeatable over-unity condition. The trade-off involves balancing complex tuning capabilities against straightforward stability .

The polarity change within magnet sequences enhances magnetic interactions by allowing alternating polarities, like SNSN, which can create dynamic magnetic fields conducive for the rotor's rotation . This variability in polarity within sequences provides versatility in aligning the magnetic interactions based on design needs .

The structural arrangement involves grouping magnet sequences in such a way that within a group the distances are minimized while maintaining the precise orientation with the shaft axis . This reduces path length for magnetic flux and improves uniformity, ensuring effective electromagnetic interactions. Furthermore, staggered arrangements with constant angles help balance forces across the generator's rotation, enhancing overall efficiency .
