In the early 20th century, scientists started using tools such as flickering lights in a method called Photic
Driving. One of the first methods of Brainwave Entrainment to be studies by the scientific community was
via light stimulation. In the following years more scientists expanded on the research and discovered that
not only light but tactile stimulation in a repetitive and rhythmic way could also produce this entrainment
or synchronization effect.
After a lot of research and time had been spent in labs and experimental facilities, by the 1960s, it was
at this time that Anesthesiologist M.S. Sadove began using photic stimulation as a method to reduce the
amount of anesthetic a patient would need before surgery. Fellow doctors and scientists were beginning to
see entrainment as a concrete factual tool rather than a mere scientific phenomenon and curiosity.
Around the same time an article was published by Bernard Margolis about the effectiveness of using brainwave entrainment in dentistry. He noted that when using this technique fewer anesthesia were required and
the patients benefitted from reduced anxiety and nervousness along with less gagging and bleeding during
procedures. These accounts are just some of the many ways doctors were beginning to see the role a persons brain could play during the treatment and healing process.
Later in the early 1970s these specific methods were fully elaborated by Dr. Gerald Oster who wrote in
an issue of Scientific American about how combining two vestal tones would result in a rhythmical beat
which he named the Binaural. Binaural beats are a well-known form of auditory responses from your brain
which arise from the nucleus of each of the brains two hemispheres and are triggered by two sounds below
1000 Hz originating in either ear simultaneously.
A decade later people like Dr. Norman Shealy and Dr. Glen Solomon began exploring entrainment for the
possible treatment of headaches. Other searchers wanted to know whether this brain entrainment effect
could also help with general relaxation and stress-relief.
In 1981 the first self help book came out about the uses of entrainment; it was called MegaBrain, and was
written by Michael Hutchison. It outlined a variety of ways a person could use entrainment for superior
learning and meditation. At this same time across the world, affiliates at the Department of Neuropsychiatry in Osaka Japan ascertained that photic stimulation would produce a cerebral synchronization in many
subjects. This was later confirmed by Dr. Shealy in America by a separate study of over 5000 patients.
Through out the 1990s more studies were conducted on the vast areas in which brain entrainment could
be applied to help with learning disorders and such other conditions as ADD, Chronic Pain, Depression,
Fatigue, and Hypertension.
Research is still being performed into the modern areas of science and medicine as well as psychology and
self help.

The audios provided as part of this product are a set of tools to be used, preferably daily, and are engineered to provide maximum flexibility. Just select the session most appropriate for the creative task ahead,
press play, and enjoy.
Typical usage ideas for each session are listed below:
Brain Juicer Suite Relaxation Session: Use at any time where you feel the need for a cool-down period.
This session will have the effect of an afternoon nap and leave you refreshed and ready for more.
Brain Juicer Suite Brainstorming Session: Designed to supplement your effors in bigger picture work,
business growth planning, goal setting, product idea generation, keyword research, and other tasks that
requires generating and exploring ideas and possibilities.
Brain Juicer Creative Focus Session: Ideal for tasks requiring right brain creative focus, this session is
extremely effective for product creation, writing content and articles, creating graphics, or any other tasks
requiring focus coupled with a touch of creativity.
It is important to keep in mind however that everyone has a different bio-chemistry and your personal
results and experience with our Brain Juicer Creative Suite will be influenced by different factors such as
your personal lifestyle, your habits and preferences, the specific results you are trying to achieve as well as
the way your brain and body will react to these audio inputs.
To experience the full spectrum of benefits provided by our product a fine-tuning period is usually required
as you learn to work with the audios in a way that suits you best.
The more regular the usage, the faster you will get used to the entrainment process and overcome the possible discomfort phase. This regular usage will also help train the brain in reinforcing the desired state of

Headphones are not required to enjoy your Brain Juicer Creative Suite, and their use will be a matter of
preference. For many people with lower quality headphones that may not fit properly, or who are simply
not used to wearing headphones, their usage can easily become a distraction and should be avoided since
these sessions work better when the mind is fully at rest and free from distractions.
We recommend using a quality sound-surround system to get the most benefit from your product, but a
standard home stereo will work just fine.
Additionally please note that computers with internal speakers such as laptop computers or listening to the
sessions using earbuds may result in poor performance as they usually lack the bass response and lower
sound spectrums that carry our brainwave entrainment frequencies.

Some users may develop a light to mild headache after listening to the sessions for some time. This reaction is most often due to a blood rush to the brain in response to the stimulation

Special precautions should be taken when using these sessions without headphones due to the nature of
these recordings as they will also affect any other people present in the room or within hearing range.
