God declared that He will make righteousness and praise spring for the whole earth.

Now,
in any direction you turn, there's a new song, a new spirit of worship, a new sound of
rejoicing.
Something significant is happening. God himself is working something new in us. The Holy
Spirit is raising living adoration among his people, paving the way for the King to visit us in
never seen before ways. So as we heard in the chords of "I just want to be where you
are", He wants to be where we are: in our cities, our churches, our homes ... and in our
hearts.
I really believe that God arranged everything for us to meet at this time, because he wants
to show us his grace and glory. Although He is worthy of our worship and delights in our
praise, He did not design this practice for their benefit. Worship is for our benefit, since
worship is the atmosphere that welcomes His presence and leads to His mighty works.
Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon. On behalf of Holloway and Gonzalez families we
thank you for your presence and welcome you to this simple but important event today,
Saturday October 12, 2013,that will forever mark the lives of Dean and Salome.
We will start this program by invoking the name of God, who in his heavenly plan planned
Salome and Dean would meet each other one day, despite being born and raised
thousands of miles away from each other. Today, God allows this marriage and gives us
the privilege of being witnesses of honor.
We would like to welcome each of you, but especially want to ask you to salute the
Holloway family members with a fraternal applause, who have traveled from the U.S. to
celebrate this important moment in the life of Dean.
On behalf of the families Holloway and Gonzalez also wish to thank Fraternidad Cristiana
de Guatemala Church for opening the doors of this temple and allowing the wedding
celebration of Dean and Salome.
At this time we respectfully invite you to witness the entry of the groom, Dean Holloway,
who, dressed in his best clothes, will wait to receive, at this altar, the woman he loves. It is
accompanied by the wedding godparents, Dr. Rodolfo Galdmez and Lic. Nohem Falla de
Galdmez.

accompany the spouses.

And now, ladies and gentlemen, I invite you to witness the entry of the bride, Maria Salome
Gonzalez Rodas, who, like a rose of Sharon, and lily of the valley, goes to the altar to
marry
his
beloved,
Dean
Holloway.
We invite people who are on the second floor to come out to the corridor for the entry of
the bride, who is coming by the arm of her mother, Amparo Gonzalez, and escorted by her
brothers, doctors Reuben and Daniel Gonzalez . People in the first floor, please stay in
your places.
Dean and Salome, with God's blessing and the permission of their parents, have decided
to unite their lives and start a family, following the precepts established in the Bible, and
that is what bring us here today to witness this marriage bond.
We invite you to view this presentation which,in a few minutes, tells and shows the lives of
Dean and Salome, from the first steps to adulthood, until today at the altar.
Through these images we have seen a bit of the life, works and actions that Dean
Holloway and Salome Gonzalez made separately, with the help of God, the Supreme
Creator who one day allowed them to meet each other and formalize a commitment that
will be sealed today with the divine blessing.
Dean and Salome met each other in the winter of 2010 during a medical-dental journey
made in a town near the border with El Salvador. A mutual friend, Marcelo Diez,
suggested that Dean could get to know Dr. Salome more.
After several visits to Guatemala, the relationship grew and in February 2012, they spoke
of marriage for the first time while walking on the beach of Lake Amatitlan after visiting the
camp Monte Sion. This year, a day before the celebration of the Valentines Day, in the
same place where they first met, Dean proposed to Salome ... and today we are living the
e happy ending to this story.

The candle ceremony, also called light ceremony or unity ceremony, is not dating back
many years, but has taken off because it symbolizes the union of the bride and groom in
one person, in the sacred bond of marriage.
It is done with the Biblical basis of Genesis 2:18, 21 to 24, which says: Then the LORD
God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.
So the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and while he slept took one of
his ribs and closed up its place with flesh. And the rib that the LORD God had taken from
the man he made into a woman and brought her to the man. Then the man said,
This at last is bone of my bones
and flesh of my flesh;

she shall be called Woman,

because she was taken out of Man.
Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they
shall become one flesh.
We invite the mothers of the bride and groom, Merris Holloway and Amparo Gonzalez, to
accompany the candle ceremony.
"Lord, thank you for being here with us. We bless your name. This evening we thankfully
entered his gates. We have entered into His courts with praise ... and seen through His
Word that God has always made a way for us. He is the God of the past, the God of the
present and He is the God of the future. He is Emmanuel, God with us. Lets lift up our
voices and give Him thanks for being with us this afternoon. "
With the wedding vows comes the "I do", the most anticipated and exciting part of the
ceremony.
We invite Marcelo Diez, Argentine missionary, director of Word of Life Guatemala, who,
with the authority given by God as a minister of the gospel, is responsible to marry Dean
Holloway and Salome Gonzalez.

This is a time of joy. There are tears in some faces, but we are confident that they are of
excitement and happiness. It is understandable because we are witnessing the birth of a
new family that is now part of our society. Ladies and gentlemen, we present you the

This wedding would not be complete without the exposition of the Word of God. We are
pleased to welcome Uri Barbosa, pastor of the Church Jeriel in zone 15, who with his

extensive experience as a pastor, husband, father and counselor will share what God
desires for the Christian family.
Thank you very much Pastor Uri Barbosa for your advice based on the Word of God. They
are certainly beneficial to the newlyweds, but has content for everyone else as well.
We now invite spouses Pivaral Hector and Patricia, who will show us their talent through
