Summary:
In the lecture, we talked about the social issues. We talked about
the various ways of communication, how the people communicate with each
other. The role of skin in the personal beauty. We learned how the ordinary
skin can be used for better expression, and make the ordinary skin into
beautiful we saw some pictures from the internet their artistic presentation
and also observed one thing people do have less attraction for black
pictures. Also learned how the shades, lights, and the environment around
contribute to the beauty of a picture. Still people do discriminate the people
based on skin. Rosa Park story highlights such type of social issues. People
with different skins are judged as superior or inferior. We talked about ways
to make ourselves strong confident, and we should not consider ourselves
inferior considering our skin. Social equality brings peace in the community,
individuals should highlight their community problems. People are judged
mostly by their face expressions. Racism also comes from color
discrimination. Colorism brings social inequality, still in the country like
America people are suffering from colorism. People are given preference
based on the color. We also watched the movie black beauty. An effort to
highlight the attraction of a masterpiece even in black. Blacks are considered
like slaves in the local community. Rosa Parks social equality struggle, her
determination to fight for the rights of the dark colored people is awesome to
see and brings inspiration to one's mind.

Question 2
With dark skin, we should learn how to love ourselves. We should not
underrate ourselves based on the thing that much irrelevant for social
development.
We should bring out our inner beauty, rather than giving importance to outer
outfits. We should make ourselves presentable, by highlighting the qualities
that we possess.
We should prove ourselves worthy to be honored by the other people by
polishing our talent developing our serving skills to humanity. Consider

equally compete to yourself rather than focusing on others and developing


an inner inferiority complex.

Question No 3.
How can I change people mentality preferring to lightening skins and
having a happening sense for dark skins?
How social justice and the abolition of colorism can contribute to
community development?

Question No 4.
Colorism, we talked about it in the class, and in Rosa Parks, a women
struggle against segregation of communities white and dark in the society.
Basic necessities of life being provided with preference and this was given
based on the color. Rosa Parks struggle is for equal rights for all
communities living in American society.
We talked about social injustice, where the white communities are
developed more as compared to the dark and other ethnic communities.
More whites can be seen in the daily state affairs as compared to blacks.
Rosa Park rose against this social injustice and started a civil movement.
Change comes with great opposition. Rosa parks civil rights movement
opposed by the people who were pro-discrimination in society.

What we expect from people to understand?


The idea of no matter what your color is the hardest part of the movie?
People with dark skins and other ethnicities exposed to social insecurity.
American study work for domanian culture.
Dont like to see oneself making a change.
